1. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed and dispatched quickly to ensure rapid delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the processing of your order, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp.

2. Delivery Areas (Geographic Coverage)

We currently deliver exclusively within the State of Qatar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We offer convenient and fast local delivery options to ensure your gadgets and toys arrive safely:

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp as soon as your order has been successfully placed and confirmed.
Our delivery team or courier partner will coordinate with you directly via WhatsApp or phone call to ensure a smooth drop-off at your location.

5. Damaged Goods & Issues

We take great care in packing your items, but if your order arrives damaged, please let us know immediately so we can make it right:

Please take clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
Send the pictures and your order details within 24 hours of delivery to our support team.
