1. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for delivery as quickly as possible.

During periods of high order volume, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control, processing or delivery may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay with your order, our team will contact you via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

2. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the State of Qatar only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Delivery Options & Charges

🚚 Standard Delivery

Estimated Delivery: 1–2 days

  • Orders below QAR 60 — QAR 10 delivery charge

  • Orders of QAR 60 or more — FREE delivery

⚡ Express / Same-Day Delivery

Delivery Charge: QAR 20

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will normally be delivered the next day.

Same-day delivery may be subject to product availability, delivery location, order volume, and operational conditions.

4. Order Confirmation & Delivery Coordination

Once your order has been successfully placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp.

Our delivery team or courier partner may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your location and coordinate delivery.

Please ensure that the mobile number and delivery address provided at checkout are correct to avoid delays.

5. Damaged Items or Delivery Issues

We take great care when preparing and packing your order. If an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
